Off-topic a little...anyone seen a mother daughter pair around peddling tissues? Used to operate around tampines mrt area. Looks pitiful. Daughter (school going age) sometimes could be seen sleeping while standing looking very tired and hungry. Gave them some money when we last saw them. Would like to 'patronize' them once in a while if anyone knows.
