It doesn't take long for RWS to spot me, they are really effective even I don't have a member card, they are still able to spot me.

Another unpleasant incident took place this morning. What!? Another warning again!! WHAT THE F%$#^K!!!! and what the hell !! This time they came to me for using other people's card to play slot which is against the rule! Damn S@#$T !! What's the big deal of using relative cards or friend's card, so husband also cannot use wife's card to play, is it?? Told them to go to hell !

I wonder how they spotted me at Orchid room where I seldom visit? I didn't even have my card with me and I just arrived for 15mins. Am I their "special guest" already just like bro slotmania mentioned. Or someone here made a report to them that I treat RWS as my ATM and they took such stupid action to spoil or affect my mood? I was really fed up they way the handle without a basic respect. Returned all the cards to them and made it clear to RWS, if they don't welcome me, just tell me and don't insult me infront of other players. I am your customer, I didn't cheat a singer cent, and I am not a criminal! So don't insult me in such a way! In the end they apologize to me and kept saying sorry but it was too late for me to accept. I will wait to see how they going to handle my 3 memberships cards that have 10k genting dollars.

I can accept if they advise me politely that taking video and using relative's card to play slot is not the right way. I am very unhappy the way the handle, I hate being insulted and they did it in front of other players. People may think that I was cheating or what?

The most fed up question was regarding the video incident, when I was approached by the black skin security before the managers arrived, the first question he asked was "Are you on self exclusion?" "Are you sure this crockford card and ID are yours??" What the F@#$%K dick head question was that!!

I tried out about 10 machines and only this 2 machines hit feature within 50 spins and gave good result, for the rest of the 8 machines, each took average 100-200 spins for a below average feature payout and 2 machines even took 300-400 spins to hit the feature.
500+ spins to hit a feature at MBS is common, I experienced almost on every of my MBS trip last time. I will have to get prepare for this if I really want to switch to MBS. Whileas at RWS, it is quite seldom to take 500 spins to hit a feature, it is a shame that RWS give up on me. I will see how they going to return my card?

Maybe reveal less about your plays. You shared the videos, it was found out. How? Still a mystery. How did they know about the videos? They may be able to inspect the time of play etc to determine who the player was. But how did they get to know about you and the videos in the first place?

And using others' cards which you shared here. How did they find out so soon?

My past experience in Leisure world is the "PSI" is higher than we are experience now..... from the cigarette smokes in the narrow cabin.... no offence to smokers....

Not sure if you read one of my earlier comments regarding what happened to you. My guess is that it has nothing to do with advantage play but more likely they are covering their backside because of CRA regulations governing promotion of gambling in Singapore. One of the "measures" taken by our government to control gambling is to limit any form of promotion of gaming activities in Singapore. Hence unless you are inside the casino premises, there is little info of jackpots, prizes etc. which may "entice the public" that is made available outside. E.g. compare the Genting Casino website and the RWS one... we do not have advertisement of winners, or what the progressive Jackpots are like.

BTW I enjoyed your videos! Too bad they are taken down.
