Hi all

I've been following this thread for a long time especially the exploits of the seasoned folks. I'm looking for answers and ways to why I lost over $99K on slots, and why almost every trip to MBS, (more than RWS), has ended with me walking out a loser. I play mainly 5D, 50D, Lucky88, 5K. I love the aristocrat machines. But they don't love me. No answers yet.

I hit a near full screen dragons 2 days ago at ID,min bet 50 credits cash out 35k credits.Tried the chili game too no fun for me.The jaws game at smoking end also avoid,very low payout and bonus feature sucks.

Congrats,50D seems to be lucky to you. I normally play 50D/50L,china shores,cc which can reward small timers. Many times they brought me back to black.

I am just a regular joe with a stable income. I realised that i have being spending all my savings for the past 1 year on slots...

i kept track of the losses and win. 80% of my trips are end up with losses since i have unbanned myself last May 2012. This year is the worst in RWS with all the tight slots or my luck is rotten.

I keep chasing losses and end up losing more money. Really hearthache.:(

I think i already have this compulsive obsession for slots..... In short, like being possessed by the devil when i in RWS.

My annual levy will expire on 12 Jun 2013 and I will not renew for sure.

The only thing that i could not make up my mind is to ban myself again......

I am not so sure about MBS, but in RWS, some of the machines have high frequency of payout.

When you play slots, it's probably better to find those that hit winning combinations often instead of those that gives big win once in a long while. Cuz with consistent small winning combinations, your bankroll would last longer. Thus bringing you closer to a few moderate wins. If the machine is always throwing you losing combination for a long period of time, chances of your bankroll running out before the winning combination come is huge.

In addition, when a machine have high frequency of winning combinations, chances of your feature game to pay off well is there also. It's easier to tio full house A's X 15 on a feature game than to tio full house Dragon on a regular game. And the aristocrat games don't really change the play screen during feature except Lucky88's dice feature. So if the play screen isn't changed, it means the probability of you hitting winning combination stays roughly the same, with the multiplier to tip the wins. Thus a high frequency payoff is better than a high amount of payoff that come very rarely.
