i repeate: the rich and powderful sue; the poor and weak just prepard themselves to be sued. only the rich and powderful are entitled to integrity, reputation and of course, their rights to sue. the poor and weak just have to remain silent. or else be sued and screwed.

sometime it doesn't need solid facts to prove. the writings are already there on the wall. everyone sees it but all are silent until someone naively enough to voice it. that's when the suing starts. those who are quiet are safe while the one who spoke would have to face the music.

the question i wanna know now is whether the silently majority still have their chilvary intact to stand up for the one who spoke out the words they dread to speak?

someone with high repute? like maybe tt durian or the rogue botak monk and who else?

writings are always there on the wall. people already visibly see it. it just take someone who cannot tahan to voice it. for that he has done himself in cos they doesn't have the financial backings or chilvarous lawyer to fight for him.

most of the lawyers are kiasu and kiasee. even if they were not in this category and bravely stand out to take on a tricky case, the likelihood of losing is high especially if the opponent is rich, powderful and some very reputated greatly awed character.

THE SUE HUB is a vicious instrument of silencing the noises. if they couldn't curb that fairly, the noises would turn into unrestful commotion and escalated into something more dreadful.

the masses can see injustice even when victorious powderful thought the kind of justice were being served.

look at the countries in middle east recently and their past long period of "justice" served to their people. in the end, one by one, they toppled when true people justice arose to overturn......and the affected countries laid in ruins.
