Anyone monitoring the property market? Agent selling me a terrace. According to him landed property will not drop. The crash will be condo as there are a lot of TOP coming. How true is this? Any expert to advise me.

It drops, but by a much lower percentage than condos.
Freehold terraces for sale is much lower in supply than
condos.

during the 2002 pte property landed was selling at $150 psf. So how much you buying ?

Cheap,go for it,you would go wrong with property in Spore,so long as Lau Lee is being worshipped.

Run fast if you have the fund.
