The 32-year-old woman, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the boy, was produced in a district court last month.
The alleged offences took place over a two-month period between March 10 and May 8 this year.
Under the Penal Code, any person convicted of sexual penetration of a minor under 16 can be jailed for up to 10 years or fined or both. The woman who is represented by Senior Counsel Sant Singh will be back in court on Nov 7 for a pre-trial conference.
