I never received any sms from MOH. Maybe they know that I will reply them with a photo of my middle finger.
I never received anything too. When you received your first Covid death jab, you have already surrendered all your personal info to the likes of MOH and Govtech etc. Those entities henceforth can constantly send you reminders, 'invitations' and other nonsense, and you cannot opt out.
My guess is the Covid shots have an expiry date, takeup rate is dwindling. So nothing like a little good old-fashioned coercion to get vaxtards to 'renew their mRNA subscription plan'. Daft and docile Sinkies will obey without question.
