Is is still a crime if you just look, you get an erection but you didn't touch yourself?
Many laws in Sinkieland are quite befuddling. For example, escalator upskirts. Seeing them is not a crime. Using your phone to take photos and videos, that's a crime.
If seeing them is a crime, I have committed many crimes.
