If AYG stands, hope he does not mention again the rather common local practice of reserving hawker seats with tissue packs. As it is a popular practice among locals, many votes can be inadvertently lost.

I think CSC is not out of the woods yet. If I remember rightly, she also has a conviction that will free her up around the same time as CSJ.

catherine lim is enjoying her golden twilight years. she's an "atas" lady. why would she wanna put herself in stressful condition like setting up her own political party or even joining an opp?

CSC on the other hand is suffering in bankruptcy. why isn't she free from it when csj could so easily free himself? the stigma remains unchanged whether the sister/brother gang is eyeing to contest any ward. they won't be voted in. if they stand any chance, the MSM would be in force to smear the hell out of them. chances of winning: practically ZERO.

AYG was a former PAP grassroots guy. Ironically being a former establishment figure puts him in a good position à la Tan Cheng Bock when it comes to capturing the moderate but disgruntled PAP supporters' vote. In a straight fight he might be a better bet than VW to edge out the PAP candidate.
