Well this piece of island need a change of leadership and military concept.
First thing, we should've thinking of expansion of our border beyond our present.
2nd thing, rally a few countries so that we become the head of South East Asia.
But 1st,we must plot Penang, Johor Malacca , Sabah and Sarawak to leave the current Malaysia Federation joining Singapore.
Then we can talk about stretching our land borders. Using our highly trained conscript to expand and project our military might.
