Langworthy said she suddenly saw all was dark and she was getting beaten all over her body at the ice water down the river.
She survived the fall, but the rope was tied to her feet and had trouble swimming in the river current to reach a safe place. In addition, the rope got stuck underwater with rocks and Langworthy had to dive into the icy water to unclog. Finally, she was rescued.
