Chan Soo Sen was the MP in Joo Chiat from 3 Nov 2011 to 19 Apr 2011. This is the PAP womaniser and drunk MP that is responsible to turn Joo Chiat from peranakan shops with cultural characteristics to sleazy rows of Vietnamese and That bar and prostitution shack.

Thanks to Womaniser and Drunk PAP MP Chan Soo Sen, Joo Chiat residents now live in repent to see their property value stagnants for years and they can only rent out their property to oh-kwee-tow turtle head.
