Did you buy in in China? If you did, good luck to you.

Don't buy in China – the UI is customised to country. Singaporean and Indian Xiaomi phones come with internationalized UI with English notation and access to Western apps.

Voiding warranty is the least of your problems when you root your phone – you may 'brick' your phone if you screw up. If you're tech savvy, go ahead. (I rooted my Samsung Galaxy Note successfully.)

Did u trip your Samsung KNOX counter? Good luck if u did.

Bluboo Xtouch? How stable is it? UI intuitive?

Did a quick search – very positive reviews – dual-SIM + memory card slot!

Didn't check the KNOX counter ... anyway warranty period over.

Never heard before? Of course not. These are upcoming new comers where some of them are "internet brands" meaning they usually have no official presence outside their own country and do their sales and marketing online

I "kok" your head with it until u see stars with the word "Bluboo", then u will remember

Pros about buying online and from such companies : Cheap and costs a fraction of the branded, high end ones.

Cons about buying online and from such companies : Pandora box of surprises waiting for u.

When u buy online, unlike retail where u can't see, feel, inspect, test the product and surprise awaits u. If everything goes well, both seller and buyer are happy otherwise be prepare for disappointment, patience and hassle.
