海軍左營軍區警衛群負責衛哨的陸戰隊士兵何勝文（23歲），今（2）天凌晨3點許在屏東縣潮州鎮延平路附近加油站，疑似捲入行車糾紛，遭人槍擊身亡，經搶救後於上午10點宣告不治。

據監視器畫面，何勝文才剛從延平路加油站駛出，前方突然闖出兩輛車將其攔下，後方也隨即跟進多輛車擋住退路，據警方透露，一共遭到12輛汽機車前後包夾，一行人陸續下車後，直搗何姓士兵車輛砸車，緊接著就傳出槍擊案件。警方到場後，何男躺在車外頭部鮮血直流，經搶救後仍因主動脈及下腔靜脈出血，傷重不治。
警方成立專案小組，如今已鎖定特定人車進行追緝，今日下午逮到兩名犯嫌，並起獲3支木棍及1支鐵球棒，目前已帶回警局訊問，不過持槍兇嫌仍在逃中，警方將持續追緝，並釐清詳細事發原因。

兩處加油站都在潮州鎮延平路上，相隔約300公尺左右，被槍擊死亡的23歲何姓士兵事故發生於亞柏加油站，在南下車道，另一件賓士車乘客被機車族毆傷的中油加油站則在北上車道。
潮州警分局副分局長李忠華表示，研判兩群人應是不同掛，何姓士兵的行凶群都是開車，警方已先逮捕兩名嫌犯都住高雄市，截止晚間記者發稿時，又逮捕3名相關涉案人士，總共逮捕5人。
李忠華表示，從監視器上看，何姓士兵前後被10輛車包夾停車，約有15、16人下車，拿球棒揮打何姓士兵的車窗和檔風玻璃，同時，有人開槍，其中一槍打中已下車的何姓士兵，何姓士兵送醫不治，現場遺留3顆彈殼、4顆鋼珠及一把西瓜刀。

潮州警察分局表示，21歲的林男駕駛賓士車載3名友人路過延平路中油加油站想上廁所，3名乘客剛下車，就被20多名機車族拿著棍棒團團圍住，其中有人叫林姓駕駛下車，之後一群人他們圍毆猛打，4人都向警方表示，不認識這群機車族，也被打得莫名其妙。
警方指出，賓士車駕駛林男沒有受傷，其他3名乘客分別為手部及頭部撕裂傷，其中黃姓男乘客傷勢嚴重，轉送高雄醫學院附設醫院急救，直到晚上還在加護病房。
另外，何姓士兵則在凌晨3時許在亞柏加油站加油，出加油站右轉時，被約10輛車包抄，10多人持棍棒揮打車子，同時有人開槍射擊何姓士兵，何姓士兵中一槍送醫不治。

屏東縣警局潮州警分局副分局長李忠華表示，從監視器上看到的畫面，凌晨3時31分，何姓士兵在潮州鎮延平路加油站加油後，車子開出加油站右轉100公尺，遭多輛轎車前後包夾，將何姓士兵拉出車外圍毆，另有人以物品重擊車身前後及兩側車窗，混亂中有人開槍，全部過程不到2分鐘。
李忠華表示，現場採證有3顆彈殼、4顆鋼珠及一把西瓜刀。一名男性路人事後見何姓士兵躺在路旁，隨即報警，時間是凌晨3時58分。警方已從監視器裡過濾出疑似涉案的10輛轎車，依車牌逐一清查，並陸續傳喚車主到案說明。行兇動機仍朝行車糾紛追查。
依警方掌握監視器畫面，何男駕車才轉出加油站，即遭2輛車加速擋在車前，隨後又有3輛小客車擋在車後。不久，陸續又有5輛小客車駛近，佔據延平路所有車道，其中2輛小客車有至少5人下車砸車，隨後一群人匆匆上車加速駛離現場。
高雄長庚醫院表示，何姓士兵是在今晨7時多由屏東安泰醫院後送到院，但抵達時已呈休克，且昏迷指數僅剩三分。經緊急開刀，由於主動脈及下腔靜脈大出血，仍然不治。
高雄長庚醫院表示，何姓士兵主要的傷口在腹部，子彈先由安泰醫院取出，由於腹腔大出血，暫無法研判到底中幾槍，將交由檢察官、法醫進一步相驗。

海軍左營軍區警衛群負責衛哨的陸戰隊士兵何勝文（23歲），今（2）天凌晨3點許在屏東縣潮州鎮延平路附近加油站，疑似捲入行車糾紛，遭人槍擊身亡，經搶救後於上午10點宣告不治。

據監視器畫面，何勝文才剛從延平路加油站駛出，前方突然闖出兩輛車將其攔下，後方也隨即跟進多輛車擋住退路，據警方透露，一共遭到12輛汽機車前後包夾，一行人陸續下車後，直搗何姓士兵車輛砸車，緊接著就傳出槍擊案件。警方到場後，何男躺在車外頭部鮮血直流，經搶救後仍因主動脈及下腔靜脈出血，傷重不治。
警方成立專案小組，如今已鎖定特定人車進行追緝，今日下午逮到兩名犯嫌，並起獲3支木棍及1支鐵球棒，目前已帶回警局訊問，不過持槍兇嫌仍在逃中，警方將持續追緝，並釐清詳細事發原因。

兩處加油站都在潮州鎮延平路上，相隔約300公尺左右，被槍擊死亡的23歲何姓士兵事故發生於亞柏加油站，在南下車道，另一件賓士車乘客被機車族毆傷的中油加油站則在北上車道。
潮州警分局副分局長李忠華表示，研判兩群人應是不同掛，何姓士兵的行凶群都是開車，警方已先逮捕兩名嫌犯都住高雄市，截止晚間記者發稿時，又逮捕3名相關涉案人士，總共逮捕5人。
李忠華表示，從監視器上看，何姓士兵前後被10輛車包夾停車，約有15、16人下車，拿球棒揮打何姓士兵的車窗和檔風玻璃，同時，有人開槍，其中一槍打中已下車的何姓士兵，何姓士兵送醫不治，現場遺留3顆彈殼、4顆鋼珠及一把西瓜刀。

另一件機車族群毆賓士車乘客案，嫌犯都是騎機車，機車族應是在地人，警方加強緝凶，已經逮捕3名涉案人士，正進一步偵訊，了解行凶動機。
潮州警察分局表示，21歲的林男駕駛賓士車載3名友人路過延平路中油加油站想上廁所，3名乘客剛下車，就被20多名機車族拿著棍棒團團圍住，其中有人叫林姓駕駛下車，之後一群人他們圍毆猛打，4人都向警方表示，不認識這群機車族，也被打得莫名其妙。
警方指出，賓士車駕駛林男沒有受傷，其他3名乘客分別為手部及頭部撕裂傷，其中黃姓男乘客傷勢嚴重，轉送高雄醫學院附設醫院急救，直到晚上還在加護病房。

（中央社記者郭芷瑄、王淑芬屏東縣2日電）海軍陸戰隊何姓士兵今天凌晨在屏東潮州鎮延平路被人攔下開槍射殺。屏東潮州警分局表示，已從監視器鎖定疑似涉案的10輛汽車，現已循線「以車追人」緝凶到案。
屏東縣警局潮州警分局副分局長李忠華表示，從監視器上看到的畫面，凌晨3時31分，何姓士兵在潮州鎮延平路加油站加油後，車子開出加油站右轉100公尺，遭多輛轎車前後包夾，將何姓士兵拉出車外圍毆，另有人以物品重擊車身前後及兩側車窗，混亂中有人開槍，全部過程不到2分鐘。
李忠華表示，現場採證有3顆彈殼、4顆鋼珠及一把西瓜刀。一名男性路人事後見何姓士兵躺在路旁，隨即報警，時間是凌晨3時58分。警方已從監視器裡過濾出疑似涉案的10輛轎車，依車牌逐一清查，並陸續傳喚車主到案說明。行兇動機仍朝行車糾紛追查。
依警方掌握監視器畫面，何男駕車才轉出加油站，即遭2輛車加速擋在車前，隨後又有3輛小客車擋在車後。不久，陸續又有5輛小客車駛近，佔據延平路所有車道，其中2輛小客車有至少5人下車砸車，隨後一群人匆匆上車加速駛離現場。
高雄長庚醫院表示，何姓士兵是在今晨7時多由屏東安泰醫院後送到院，但抵達時已呈休克，且昏迷指數僅剩三分。經緊急開刀，由於主動脈及下腔靜脈大出血，仍然不治。
高雄長庚醫院表示，何姓士兵主要的傷口在腹部，子彈先由安泰醫院取出，由於腹腔大出血，暫無法研判到底中幾槍，將交由檢察官、法醫進一步相驗。
