SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the photo above to assist with investigations into a case of dishonest appropriation of property.

The case occurred at a shopping centre located along Marine Parade Road on April 3 at about 4.05pm.

The man is believed to be in his twenties with tanned complexion, wearing black t-shirt and black pants, and carrying a sling bag.

Anyone with the information is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-255 0000. Information can also be submitted online via the CrimeStopper portal at www.police.gov.sg/CrimeStopper.

All information will be kept strictly confidential.

I would suggest that the Police look at grassroots organisations in the immediate area. In recent years the number of grassroots volunteers attached to PA and PAP who have been arrested and convicted for all kinds of offences including molest, up skirt, etc has seen a significant rise.
