Police called after underaged couple caught making out in carpark

A resident spotted an underaged couple in uniform making out at a fourth floor open-air HDB multi-storey carpark located at Whampoa Drive.

According to Mdm Chen, 51, a housewife, the boy appeared to be a secondary school student, while the girl was in a primary school uniform.

She told reporters from Shin Min Daily News that she saw that the boy had taken off his pants and had lifted the girl's skirt. The girl had also pulled down the black shorts she was wearing under her skirt.

Alarmed, she immediately called the police. Officers arrived soon after and spoke to the young couple, who left separately.
