Chitchat PAP Breaks Legs

This person should firstly give up his handphones and stop smoking after which he should curb his criminal instincts. He steals not out of desperate need but out of habit. No PAP policy however benign can help such people.

Even if your assumptions are correct, do you support a jail term of 12 months for $32 theft?

In this case this criminal deserves his jail term. This person is a serial lawbreaker and should be put away for a long time since it is quite clear he has failed to amend his anti-social behaviour. 12 months can be viewed as very lenient in the light of his repeated criminal acts.

PAP's thinks like you.

In time to come, more Singaporeans will break that law to get free board and lodging. Let us see whether the pap will have enough space in Changi Prison to house them

If they break the law then they need to be punished. If we were to follow your logic ,then even if there were zero tax and levies , then should enough people break the law and prison accomodation becomes an issue, then what do we do next? So as can be seen, jail space cannot be a reason for relaxing penalties for breaking the law.

So if pap doesnt prosecute and punish all its cronies who break the law, is pap breaking the law?

If they fail to do that then that would be the case, however there must be real proof that the law was broken.

If there was proof and LHL and pap ignore the proof and said it was an honest mistake, are they in danger of breaking the law?

Honest mistakes and willful breaking of the law are worlds apart so cite an example here and let us see , let this anti PAP forum be the judge , jury and executioner.

Honest mistakes is breaking the law whether wilful or otherwise. PAP must not be lenient just because it's their cronies who break the law

hahaha. You really dont know or pretend not to know?

I have not any idea of how any laws were willfully broken by any PAP member recently other than some extra marital affairs. The culprits were punished in a manner commensurate with their wrongdoing. I don't see how they should have been punished any more or any less, proving beyond a doubt that the system is fair to all and sundry.

Breaking a law is breaking a law. Any singaporean doesnt have to wilfully break a law to be prosecuted.

Granted. But there are times when there are honest mistakes and as you yelled for compassion just now, the Government is indeed compassionate and does look into certain things on a case by case basis. So you want compassion or not, state clearly.

1. 4 Rm BTO HDB flats start from $497k
2. Medishield Life Premium starts from $130 per year for 1year old child to $1500 for a 86 yr old Singaporean
3. Water Conservation Tax of 30%
4. Waterborne fee
5. Sanitary Appliance fee
6. Electricity at 19.27c per KW
7. Depressed wages for Singapore workers

PAP is breaking Singaporeans' legs and then pretend to give them crutches. A Singaporean with broken legs is not the same anymore. Why does pap need to tax Singaporeans so much with hidden taxes, levies, etc?

When they give $1.00 they must take back $100.00 !!
