that's true if the project going to be completed soon the crane and plateform should be remove soon and some of the finishes seem to be unfinished or halfway finish it's look very Strange.

That area for mini-golf(now pool) was never part of the residential blks' facilities. I knew tt when i signed.

Yap, minigolf is not mentiomed in SPA. But where is the BBQ Pavilion, Fitness Station, Children Payground & Sky Garden mentioned in the SPA now? The sales model shows clearly they are located at the current themed pool.

I totally agree with you Ahhock24. If someone sell a place that promise to come with BBQ Pavilion, Fitness Station, Children Playground & Sky Garden. They change their mind and decided to replace it with something else and you are not allowed to use it without paying what is the sense of that. I am not against replacing those facilities with a theme Park but i am against paying to use the theme park.

Under the malaysia law it is call "Options against suppliers where services do not comply with guarantees"
