she looks in her 60s. she doesn't look like the type who needs money to live. i always think she takes up this job to pass time, maybe because she's lonely at home (?)
Yes seniors who work, can get workfare bonus (additional payouts from government every quarter) and employers can get some grants. So it makes sense to do some simple jobs for seniors.
