It is evident that there is a lack of understanding as to the definition and purpose of a white paper. What this twat wrote is not a white paper by definition nor purpose. This is the crux of the issue. Even before you attack the contents, you should attack the shape first. Then upon having an understanding of the contents, you should attack the purpose. The entire episode is laughable especially from a group of turds who self-profess to being elites but time and time again display pathetic results.
