This elderly woman is blind. They should be under a home to take care of them. Money alone is not going to be useful. I suggest calling social welfare hotline.
Whatever it is....it is no place to spend ur child hood
do something like helping or donating your time and money, or hunting down the parents instead of blaming the goverment. losers are conditioned to look to gov for blame and dependence in every freaking situation. the last thing you want in your life is government to become your nanny and parent.
