Suggest you look at vegetable sources like flax or if you really must have a fish source consider Krill. The problem with omega 3 from fish sources is that our oceans are polluted & although they try to clean the toxicity using processes like molecular distillation. It still involved some kind of cleaning process. There's also the problem of rancid fish oil.
