side track a bit..

there is a very nice bittergourd soup outlet called JIA JIA LE located at the row of shophouses just outside the Giant at Nusa Bestari....
sorry bros for going off tangent...

Bro,
dont mind tell me the exact place.
I went there last week. On the right side of Giant, there are two eating places, but none is called JIA JIA Le.. On the left side (the COURT), there is no eating place/food outlet. I only saw karaoke outlet.

Is it a bit further, close to Ali Cafe or Habib Restaurant ?.

cheers

If you stand and face the main entrance of Giant, that shop is on your left side. There's a whole stretch of shop-houses facing Giant and Jia Jia Le is somewhere in the middle.

Another new forummer's post appearing late. Let me update the list by adding their nicks back into the list for them.

Looks like this list has really attracted many guests to create their account and post. We've missed a few members' post which saw them adding themselves to the list.

Hi all new members, your first few posts(should be first 10 posts) will be delayed, subsequent posts will be immediate. So for the first 10 post, do it fast by stating 'testing testing 123' or whatever you wish to say in this forum so that you can enjoy immediate postings sooner. If possible, try to do that 10 post anywhere else before adding your nick here.

It's at the row of shophouses before the bridge that leads to BH...

Beside a cafe called Mama Tok.

Bittergourd soup is good but the sliced fish with ginger is too saltish (with too much sauce) to my liking. I don't understand why malaysian dishes are always piled up with sauces. The chicken chop and lamb chop at station 1 cafe are other examples. The sauces are way too much, too sweet or too saltish.

Roasted pork is not bad. Kangkong with blachan is a failure - again too much sauce, the veg loses its cruchiness.

Great and prompt service .. a good place for a homely meal though .

That won't work because the moderation period is time as well as post dependent. Posting 20 "test" messages in quick succession won't change the duration of probation. It's at least 24 hours no matter what. It could well be longer. In fact, posting a large number of repetitive messages in a short period of time may result in the script classifying a genuine member as a spam bot and the account will be terminated.

A member also has to maintain a rep score at 10 points or more. If rep falls below 10, it's back into moderation mode so don't post nonsense. You might end up getting points deducted.

Here is something for you to ponder about property:-

http://www.powerupcapital.com/ipropertymy/index.html#video2

out of about 100 people, 10 signed up, I went there out of curiosity, if I have a few thousand bucks to spare, I would sign up.

However, I believe property investment is not all about technical science, it requires a lot of own judgement and intuition too.

He mentioned China is probably the best country to invest property, but after I've watched this video, I don't think it's that easy.

Hey TheGolf bro, welcome and congrats, I'm so happy for you! you started reading more than a year ago and only started joining now? I think the sales execs have to thank Wuqi bro for bringing them so many customers. Can see that you're still so excited after a year of purchase! Have you moved in?

I know many people who invested in China properties in the early 90s either give up or sell their away at a loss... The property bull run only happen in last 7-8 years??
I also had been to one of the cities in Western China.. There are so many high rise buildings like Raffles Place except you couldn't see any living soul... I hope Iskandar will be a success as the property price in JB has not been moving for 30-40 years until recently? Hope it will have a 10 years bull run..

haha, i hope there will be at least 40 years bull run to make up for the stagnant time. Anyways, as long as Malaysia remains an open economy, welcoming foreign investors, and keep good r/s with Singapore, it will definite succeed. It is too close to Singapore to fail.
