About OneInbox
OneInbox is a secured platform for you to receive Government letters electronically (e-letters), in place of hardcopy letters. Besides being an eco-friendly initiative which enables you to do away with hardcopy letters, OneInbox also offers you:
Anywhere, Anytime Access
You can access e-letters from the Government anytime and anywhere, even when you are overseas. All you need is your Singpass and an internet connection.
Your Choice of e-Letters
You can choose to receive e-letters from all participating Government agencies, or only some e-letters. Simply log-in to select the e-letters you want to receive. For a start, you can opt to receive e-letters from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Central Provident Fund Board (CPFB), Housing & Development Board (HDB) and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). More e-letters from these and other Government agencies will be added to OneInbox gradually. Keep a lookout for them!
Forward, Download or Print Your e-Letters
e-Letters from the Government will be retained in OneInbox for up to 18 months. You can forward the e-letters to your preferred personal email address, download or print a copy of them.
Email Alerts
You can choose to receive email alerts when new e-letters are delivered to your OneInbox, or email reminders if you have not read your new e-letters after 7 days. You will never forget or miss your important Government letters again.
Secured Mailbox
Unlike ordinary email accounts, OneInbox is free from spam and the e-letters stored in OneInbox are secure. Your confidential e-letters from the Government are safe with OneInbox.
