It is sad to read about sinkies, if they are really sinkies, writing to rejoice about the poor health of LKY. Every one grows old and wither. Either you grow old or you die young. No option. LKY did a lot to give sinkies a good life beginning in the 1950s until he retired. He should be given the credit for what he has done for this red dot. Whatever he did to his critics, foes, etc is not for us to say. The Chinese Emperor, Shihuangti, slaughtered scholars, critics, foes, etc to create one China. Did he do wrong? Would there be China today if there was no Shihuangti? Would there be a modern SG without LKY?
Without LKY leading the Old Guards, sinkie land might not have become what it is today. Alas, time changed and his successors made mistakes. LKY is a mortal too, he made mistakes too. Surely, he made mistakes for betterment of SG but then, it is time we tell him and his successors that they are wrong to do this or that. We hope his successors would rule this sinkie land to make life better for true blue sinkies, not for the love of FT and PR or to flood this country with scums from foreign lands.

In reality, the nation have been providing welfare state benefits (juz because of one party rule system) to leeches aka papees leeching on the system. These leeches aka papees wasting nation's time and resources and etc every single second of the Mother Earth's day. The country needs the government (employees of the public) to work for the country.

Later, LKY helped the local tycoons and match made them to industries to grow Singapore. These elites should be thankful to LKY for making them fabulously rich today.
Of course, he tried the same method of match making graduates to create a super class of workers - but failed.
Not forgetting is how LKY create the BEST workers in the world, very obedient, quiet and hardworking. But these workers are becoming to expensive now. So, the only way is to replace them with cheap foreign talent. The word TALENT is to give Singaporeans the assurance that the Pinoys/Tiongs/Ah nei are better than the locals. It is an excellent CON job which Singaporeans fall for.

If locals are deemed inferior in talent and academic excellence, why spent millions to build varsities in sinkie land? Might as well close them all. PAP needs Ft to support them to remain in power. Locals are fed up with PAP. Ever wondered why events organised by RC, PAP, etc are swarmed by FT, PR, etc?
hope with some miracle is to keep this old fart beyond 2016 to see his son AMK goes to opposition and TP also loss. Then the history of PAP will be told differently and sea of PAP exodus overseas.
