Any one still thinks that sinkieland HOTA law is perfect? Imagine that 3 specialised doctors can independently declare a person to be brain dead, and yet the person is actually alive! So how much faith should we have on medical professions in their "brain dead" diagnosis? People should really worry about being killed in Singaproe hospitals for their organs.

Lawyer Suzanne Chin is convinced that what happened to her four years ago is nothing short of a miracle.

The mother of two was living and working in Hong Kong when she suffered a heart attack, was hospitalised in a coma and declared brain dead.

The head of the intensive care unit, two neurologists and a cardiologist told her husband to prepare for the worst. Soon, he was advised to take her off life support because, simply put, there was no hope.

Then, three days after she was admitted, she woke up from her coma. She recovered within a week and left the hospital. Today, she is living in Singapore, still working as a lawyer, still a wife and mum. She is well, and she is alive.

If she was declared brain-dead in Sngapore, she will have ABSOLUTELY ZERO chance to live and talk about it as she will be HOTA-ed immediately.

Heard from someone that if you are in hospital & decide to decline treatment, all it takes to overide you or your family's decision are the opinions of 2 doctors. So what you or your family wants may not be important. Don't forget that in Sporean "lesser mortals" don't matter.

The reason for Hota immediately after brain dead is because the organs will start to lose some of their abilities, although blood is still flowing and keeping them alive.

I think it is still not well research, otherwise this lawyer who wakes up from brain dead after 3 days would have at least have some of her organs malfunction.
