After a while in this forum, you can tell who is feeling insecure about competing with Malays and other minorities. If you are Chinese and in a country with a 74% brethren and the politically unassailable race wise and you fear the minorities, there has got to be something wrong.

I have to agree with you on this.
Most times Malays are more steady than chinese regarding money matters.
Even Malay girls I have dealt with are better.
They will honor an pre agreed price and pay out unlike most Chinese who will try to weasel out with a discount.

in army: one ns friend owe me 2k. then we lost contact. after a few years, i got a call from him. he return me the 2 k back. he is a chinese.

also in army: a malay friend borrowed me 300 dollars. same scenario, we lost contact, but i still keep his phone number. then i tried to call him a few months later after we ORD, he said he don't know me.

there are still many instance but, without proof, sure there will be some racist hitting me back.

Good things about chinese = overlooked or downplayed

Good things about malays = brought up and praised to the skies.

The common perception about malays is that they are nice people, live simple lives and crap like that yet how is that possible if they cheat ppl and don't return their money.

Sure there are chinese ppl that act like that too but chinese ppl already have that -ve stereotype so there's nothing more to say while malays have all the +ve stereotypes and you cannot say anything bad if not it's racism.

That's why we need feedback from you for eg to show case that malays do cheat ppl and are mean and especially treat their own race better than the chinese in short that's racism and unfair. Cos if a chinese did this he will definitely be condemned for it. If a malay does it, nope it's fine.

Are they already grooming representatives from these communities and enticing loyalty with the promise of mega salaries and a career in the thereafter in the GLCS?

Sorry bro, you didn't get this right. I did not get to work for a Malay boss. Neither an Indian. All my bosses were Chinese. But there were quite a number of Malays who worked for me.

Yeah these buggers are super sensitive cos they have low self confidence. I once pointed that out and of course they were offended but hey that isn't going to cut it using the race card to get themselves out of trouble. The more ppl that won't stand for this nonsense the sooner they'll stop it. Frankly, why is your company hiring lazy people like that. Performance comes before race. Common sense will tell you that you that you hire and work with the bext that you can get. In Singapore, you can easily manage out a non-performer.

The issue with Malays is no different with native minorities that you find in any other countries such as the Maoris, abroginals, native americans, eskimos etc. They feel that they own the land and people owe them a living. Lets them sit in their kampung house, their teepee, their hut and feel sorry for them. Most people ignore them and get on with their life.

I have no time for a Malay who has that attitude.If he tells me that he is a native, then I will tell him to behave like one and show leadership. On the other hand I have with Malays that carry their weight and do the right thing. As a race they are generally are more generous and civic conscious. You guys should learn to pick the good ones and sack the lazy ones.
