There is a fasttrack route for Singaporeans to immigrate to USA. The United States Armed Forces! Singaporeans having served NS are best qualified to join the US Armed Forces.

You are blatantly sprouting BS. The American military does not accept anyone without a green card or a H-1B visa etc. You need a green card or H-1B visa and need to have lived in the USA for at least 2 years to join the military. They will let you have your US citizenship a lot earlier if u join.

The British military on the other hand does accept people from all Commonwealth nations, which India, Singapore, Malaysia are part of. I recall reading an article not long ago about how these South Africans etc are serving in the British military just for citizenship.

But I guess they earned it.
