I invented a fairytale story for children - call Dogapore

I want to write a cartoon stories on dogs, any suggestions?
Maybe can call the fiction world Dogapore, and they have a
Pledge like: -

"We, the doggies of Dogapore
Pledge ourselves as One united Pack
regardless of breed, Woof and Alpha male
to build a pack of wild dogs
based on ferocity and biting
so as to achieve submission, obedient and
progress for our pack"

Hows my idea can sell or not? Children will like or not?
do you think this concept suitable for 6-12 years old?
