Ramadan 'fasting' is actually dry fasting... or 12-hour interval binge eating.

It does not give the benefits of proper fasting: 48 to 72 hours without food, drinking plenty of water.

To hell with 'Healthier SG' or 'Nutri-Grade', prolonged fasting is the only solution to effectively deal with a lot of health problems.
