Talk is cheap. Try setting up a forum and I'll register 50 clones in 30 minutes with zero evidence that they all originate from the same keyboard. In fact, you won't even know they're all from the same ISP.

The problem is that none of them work properly. They rely on :
"X-forwarded_for" headers.
Cookies.
IP addresses
All are easily defeated. To see whether cloaking works, it can be checked at http://www.ip-score.com/
If I connect to that site, it indicates that I am in SFO when I'm actually in NZ so obviously X-forward_for did not work.
Clones are not stupid. All it takes to learn how to register clones without being detected is to do an 1 hour of research on the net.
If I implemented these scripts, the people who would suffer wouldn't be the clones. It would be the innocent members who are wondering why they can't log on anymore.
The fact that all Singapore ISPs use proxies would make things even more messy.
