Congrats but why did you sign the resignation letter when it is presented to you? If there are no follow-up, that means you have to serve out your notice without any jobs planned or any compensation.

It does not make sense to me. If my company gives me such a letter, I would refuse to sign unless I know there is another employment contract in place.

In fact I am not happy my company get foreigner, I think this is done by my HR (FT Manager).

My ang mo boss dont care which country the staff come from, so long work objective is achieved.

Looks like my HR have screwed singaporean eligiblity to take over my office.

Afterall I didnt ask for it, but the investors whom I also reporting to feel that there's a need for a change.

Though it is 3 years renewal contract term, in fact I dont quite feel safe, because I dont know what will I be once the contract ended.

For now, the contract T&C looks good and healthy, maybe may not be the same 3 years later.

Wish me luck though.
