SG also can buy 4d and bet football online with sg pools but you need to deposit i think around 1k or was it 10k to open an online account. You just go to sg pools website to check it out. You need to deposit a sum of money before you can buy 4D online.

Platinum account can be opened online but gold account needs to be opened either at the branches or d/l the form print it out and mailed.
Withdrawals for gold accounts still need to physically go down to outlet to collect while for platinum can be done thru bank transfer.
