Not true, if you look at the total amount of $$$ that Rafa has spent over the last 4 seasons plus only Chelsea and perhaps Man U have spent more. I tell this season Rafa has to deliver either the EPL or the CL or unless come in second in the EPL or finalist in CL or he is out, and rightly so.
