A 3.5-meter-long crocodile was subdued in Tampico, Tamaulipas, after it was reported that it was carrying the corpse of a man.
The specimen was captured in Laguna del Carpintero while hiding the body of its victim, a man who only wore a black shirt and socks.
The emergency bodies located the crocodile, rescued the corpse and later subdued the specimen.
The work was complicated because the lizard hid the body in the pipes.
El Sol de Tampico reported that the specimen was taken to the offices of the fire department to perform an X-ray, in search of an arm of the victim
