The place in Johor iskandar is that it is a ghost town, low quality workmen ship, not enough business to sustain so much development at such a place and pace and i don't understand why is there so many studio apartment ???
I just cannot understand. You just scour through their website and some are even offering rm2k a month for a double storey house. Why do you need to buy in the 1st place ? If you don't like the landlord, just move on to the next.There are ton of housing waiting for you.
