"Why can't ppl discuss like a gentleman"......oh no....who is speaking......Drifter, sorry....you are the last person on earth qualified to say these few words....(Frankly, me too!)
Animals do talk. In fact, many animals in the wild communicate with one another by making sounds unique and understandable to themselves. You can see all these in documentary films like programs in the Discovery, National Geog. channels on TV.
Specifically, the Bible mentions in Genesis that the serpent spoke to Eve (or rather lied to Eve) about eating from the trees of the knowledge of good and evil. In the Book of Genesis, we are also told that God created animals that men would be able to subdue and control them. How they could do all these....certainly not the way we see these animals are being trained in circus (which incidentally can perform very limited acts to entertain audience). With all intends and purposes, God had the plan for men to communicate with the animals and enjoy their companion as part of God's plan that all living creatures were to live in unity and harmony. Because of the sins of disobedience that Adam and Eve chose to rebel against God and listen to the devil, the serpent, men instead are being 'subdued' by animals. (Don't believe this??? Try going to the Sahara Desert alone and see whether will be eaten by lions!)
Thankfully, God is able to reverse the current corrupted world when our Living Redeemer, Jesus comes the second time and it will be a great time of unspeakable eternal joy when God re-establishes His Kingdom where: The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them (Isaiah 11:6).
Well, let us see how some 'gentlemen' response to this Biblical truth???
