One has to wonder about the competence of the PAP gov't. Before the advent of social media, handphone cameras, internet,.... they had a monopoly on what was covered by the media & could cover up all the mistakes & problems.

Now they are unlikely to be able to control information because although they control the gov't & parliament, they don't control what is discussed on the internet.

We will soon go the way of China, having a great firewall censoring true info.
