Sad for you. Reminds me of the bad old days when we had to stay back in an army camp for the entire Saturday morning and wait till noon to book out, or a mandatory Saturday morning school session for ECA.
Half-day offs were impromptu rewards given in school for the school getting very good results in certain events.
All pagans and idol worshippers should get the day off!
