Overall, I think that's one of the best news from PAP, even better than giving us money. No MBT, No WKS, No GCT, YEAH!! If only it happens earlier......

This is well thought out... it is pretty obvious who is the main beneficiary in this whole exercise. The one whose popularity ratings was boosted after saying sorry, and keeping on the momentum and appearing to be "reforming" the PAP by retiring the unpopular ministers, his ratings will shoot all the way up the sky. Hail the arrival of the new king.

Not too sure about that. There're two 6-footers gone too, GCT and LKY, to offset MBT and WKS, so average should be still about the same.
WKS, MBT, GY are the shortest ministers. Left only KBW.

Besides these 2 new faces, the rest of the Ministers ( excluding the 3 retired Ministers ) are all playing musical chairs. I concur with your statement.
Note also that CCS is only Acting Minister and not Minister.
