HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!!

Guys, today I tried out something simple and yet no chance to do. This is Macaroni Soup with Chicken. I copy this dish from my old folks and modify a little to cater to both local and ang moh taste.

is the soup Chicken stock? my mum used to cook this.

Hehehe. We don't use Chicken stock for the time being. Soup base is from pork ribs. The base will be use for other dishes as well. Eg. Tom Yam, Salad, Curry and fried dishes.

Another very hot and humid morning. Today, we are doing some experimenting with deep fry food. Air Fryer verus deep fryer. Will post pics of the results later.

sorry, put u all aeroplane again. was initally wanting to meet u guys, (i had wanted to set up meeting with joe on 25th night), but i need to go back Malaysia early, because my grandfather passed away. so my thailand trip was cut short. however, i still capture photos of my jeem rot ceremony and some interesting pics.

will post pic back soon. just got back from KL so many things to handle and will join up later..
