Wah...enjoy Surin na bro

Thanks. We're on highway 1 now in Saraburi. Very soon we will take the Saraburi bypass to join highway 2 towaeds Korat but before Korat in Sikhoi will divert into highway 24 to Pak Tong Chai bypassing Korat then to Na Rong and then Prakong Chai bypassing Buriram and then arriving at Prasat we turn left into 214 going straight arriving in Surin. 6hrs I think. Taking easy on the road.

It's all work actually coming here just for dinner with an important customer and tomorrow drive back.

I'm afraid I am not familiar with street hawker around Inter-Con area. Huay Kwang is not far if the taxi driver don't cheat you however if you're staying in Inter-Con I believe the taxis there will not dare play punk. Huay Kwang night market is where the good food are and if you're a late night guy around 11pm onwards many pretty girls there after their work. Huay Kwang is also located along the famous Ratchada Road.

Yes Huay Kwang has alot of food, also nearby is the message areas at Ratchada, like poseidon, ceasers, emannual, so many.
there is even 1 joint that has the special chair to make love ? haha

For claypot, seems that charcoal is better than any other type of stove. Only problem is the cleaning. Red chillies are plentiful in LOS. The stalls usually have cutted red and green chillies in fish sauce as a standard. Myself prefer light soya sauce.

Yeah red chillies and light soya sauce combination is the best, usually only see green chillies and light soya sauce combination in Msia eateries.

Then to the local singaporeans we say that thai gong tao more powerful than sinkie gontau. Same thing with indonesia. One thing i have noticed about the black magic's prowness is that the poorer the country the more powderful the magic. Like thailand is poorer than singapore and somehow they are more powerful in magic. Cambodia is poorer than thailand and their magic is more powerful. Indonesia poorer than malaysia so more powerful. I think worldwide african magic the most powderful.

Morning guys, last night before going to bed, made ginseng chicken soup. Not real ginseng but ginseng beard.

This stuff is good, no msg, just some salt for taste. A little bitter think too much ginseng roots.

Pii Chon jiak-bor very good. If you like you can use the leftover to do it one more round but the second round put some salt in then after a few hours use to soup to cook meesua. Best best.

Just started the journey back to Bangkok. Suppose to take 5-6hrs but likely to be 8-9hrs with frequent food, drinks, smoke stops. Taking it easy. Sabhai sabhai.

Passed by town called Nang Rong stopped to buy 6 packs of kah-mu (pork leg) this is a very popular shop name Latkana. Don't know how it looks like cos it in a pack. Later go home will open and take pic. They sell hor-mok (close to our otah) too it looked so nice and I bought two to try. This is hor-mok.
