GM 1 not fresh, i mean the ingredients, like the fishballs and the squids, mai chop na...

I don't take blood but I believe in Thailand its blood lovers' paradise because here you find not only pigs blood but also duck, chicken etc Many of my Singapore friends and family whenever they come they will go look for blood. All said remind them of old Singapore. I guess this is something they do it right here.

Then there are things they don't do it right for example fishballs, one can NEVER find fresh fishball here (may be in the south, I not sure) all the kuayteow stalls and every big fishball kuayteow dedicated coffeeshops don't serve fresh fishballs, everything is precooked in factory and then supplied in big plastic bags frozen. I think fresh fishballs can be very good business here.

Then there is the taugua that I mentioned very mai aroy here I don't know why they just couldn't do this thing right.

Ramseth mention the yen-tao-foo here I think this may be an acquired taste as the pinkish colour comes from the red tau in the bottle tao-xi. This could also be a variety of our yong-tau-hu. I missed our yong tau hu. Unlike our market which sells yong-tau-hu like all sorts of taopok with fish, bitter gourd with fish etc etc here you don't see, if not I will be able to make my own.

Kenna kneel down on abacus by his wife, whahahahaha

Morning guys!

Drift, you still haven't ZZzz. See doctor liaoz lah.

ALMK, wah, this is another of my killer dish. Mee Poh Bar Chor. Hehehehe. Mee Poh is not the standard 'sen' in LOS but I do know where to get. Fodland, Big C and Tops don't sell but you can find it in Tesco.

The fishball soup or Yen Da Fo stall in Sin City mostly CM except a few stalls. My number 1 favorite stall is 45 km away in Sattahip. For Yong Tau Hoo, still prefer to traditional one like the stall in Peoples Park Complex hawker centre.

Sawasdee khrap everybody.

Left BKK on Sunday night. Surprised zero line at immigration at 10pm. Basically walk-up. In-out-through in 10 minutes. Was pretty much the same coming into BKK a week ago. All these lines must be political kungfu between government departments.

TG lounge at E pier getting shabby. Crowded with farang, soggy karipap, 56k modem-like internet, all the sao sao disappeared dunno where (probably D gate lounge or Royal Spa). At least liquor still free pour but very ngao to drink alone so stuck to pineapple juice.

Just finished cooking my breakfast, kiam-muay (salted boiled rice) with the disappointing tao-gua and minced pork (marinated with deep fried ti-por fish and pepper and soya sauce). Ok it may not look appitising to you huys but what the hell this is the very traditional kiam-muay taste good but looks not too good.
