Singaporeans must remember that your CPF monies are yours. THE PAP GOVT NOR ANY GOVT HAS THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD YOUR MONIES.

It makes sense to them, because not only can they use the money for whatever they want, they can also use it for whatever welfare they are forced to pay out, in order to stay in power or look good for other countries.

i.e. they don't need to share the economic pie more with ordinary sinkies and can continue to grow their pool of cronies and sycophants with more incentives/resources for them.

Withholding such monies make no sense and only serve to benefit the Party and no one else.
