Mandarin Gardens Back to Mandarin Gardens

Ten days after Singaporeans reclaimed Mandarin Gardens from the Indians, Mandarin Gardens is back to Mandarin Gardens. It is no more Mumbai Gardens.

The ambience is good again. The environment is peacefully. the indian children are no more playing cricket and street scoccer on the manicured gardens.

The elderly and wheelchair bound can relax in the gardens. toddlers can run around in the gardens without fear of getting hit by a cricket ball or soccer ball.

Thank you, Singaporean owners for reclaiming and restoring Mandarin Gardens to what it was before it was invaded by arrogant and lawless foreigners who think they own Mandarin Gardens.

Singaporeans must follow Mandarin Gardens owners to reclaim Singapore from the pap who favour foreigners and who think they are owners of Singapore. Singaporeans must reclaim Singapore from the pap, return Singapore to Singaporeans and restore Singapore back to a 1st world country instead of a 3rd world country inhabited by 3rd world migrants

singapura is a indian(sankrit) word. the indians are merely reclaiming what is rightfully theirs like what china reclaimed hong kong.
in fact, the whole of south east asia, from myanmar to south vietnam/cambodia(Champa) via indonesia have significant indian influence. The leaders(raja or sultan) either have indian or middle eastern heritage.
so please be mindful of this before you simply criticise them. The PM of singapura should rightfully be indian.

You are so muddled. Mandarin Gardens Condo has 1008 owners. If the majority of the owners deem it fit to decisively vote out the 8 indian council members, who are you to criticise that decision?

if the SG govt deems Shanmugum or Vivian or Tharman not fit to be PM, who are you to think that any of them is qualified?

Goodness it is hard to imagine the situation has arisen that 40% of residents there are indian. They are a minority but gather to form an enclave here. Coming here to impose and push for your culture in our local community for subversive purpose is darned bad and insensible.

Just a word of caution amidst all the rejoicing....the kerlings were apparently taken by surprise at this year's condo AGM. Don't forget, 40% of owners is not an insubstantial amount of strength, especially if they are able to act with unity and also to recruit others into their ranks.

Just be aware that these ah nehs, the trouble makers that they are, plus full of manipulative politicking may seek revenge and attempt a surprise next year. If the present management committee is not prepared for this, likely management committee will fall into kerling hands again. If that happens, they will set up all the relevant condo rules to safe guard their 'freedom' to create havoc in the estate and let their children run wild again. Those other owners who want to live in peace will have no choice but to put up with this disruptive orgy or move out! :eek:

Move out and fall into the trap of these conniving barbarians...:( who do not respect the rights and freedom of others.

it doesnt change the fact that 40 percent shitskins are still there,u may have eliminated the symptoms but u have not cured the cancer.for now u may have beaten them into submission but they will come back with a vengence fiercer and stronger.

bullshit and fark up logic. singapore was discovered by an Palembang prince sang nila utama. no relations to farked up India. By your logic india was once colonised by the British and hence the PM of India rightfully should be a British white. HK is different . it was loaned by China to UK for 100 years and there is a legal treaty to it. anyway the brits gave up on india seeing how shitty the land and people are. unlike HK where Margaret thatcher actually wanted to prolong the treaty seeing how successful and hardworkingt and prosperous HK become unlike shitty india. You are very correct. What we want is a good and peaceful environment in the condo. The condo was built in 1986 and always was good and peaceful until these lawless and havoc foreigners came in a few years ago. Now we have reclaimed it and brought back the peace and ambience. We blame the pap for turning many condos, work places and SG upside down because of the PAP's greed

This is terrible. Do you know what you have done? Condo prices will crash as our high caste Indian brothers leave for other Hindi friendly neighbourhoods. I hope the PAP grassroots will mediate this detente so our Hindi brothers can have at least 40% representation in the committee.

actually i think mandarin gardens is an overpriced piece of property.

1. 99 year leasehold with only 60 years left.
2. 1000 units does not feel very exclusive.
3. many en bloc attempts but failed.
4. located at the far end of east coast with no nearby MRT station.
5. too many foreign shitskins.

What you said is typically one track mind which fails to see out of the box. I see peace, safety and ambience with less 3rd world lawless residents. And because of less trash, price of Mandarin Gardens apt is likely to appreciate compared to condos which has a high proportion of lawless, arrogant, havoc trash.

It shows how wrong you are:

1. MG has 65years left, not 60years
2. It is an advantage for a condo with full facilities like MG to have more units as it helps to defray operating expenses. With such excelent facilities, a 2000sq ft condo pays monthly conservancy of $320 per apt per mth for years and we are able to accummulate more than $9m in sinking fund. And MG is 30yrs old. Which other condo pays lesser with such facilities? Many condos are paying $500 to $800 per month for conservancy. Look at the conservancy of smaller developments like The Rochester, Palm Isle, etc. I cant imagine how much they will have to pay when their condo gets older. So a good size condo like MG has alot of advantages in the long run
3. You said many enbloc attempts! Can tell how many you know?
4. MG is prized for its excellent location. Do you know how much is a 3rm HDB flat at Marine Terrace?
