Seems like a gradual slope upwards to the right thus elevated Balcony for the 3rd home onwards...
Overall still looks uniform which is ok. Not easy job for architect due to ground conditions.
Sure after completion & landscaping won't even notice.

Some photos to share on Jupiter. Not sure whether is my old flower eyes or it is due to complete.... the wall between the units seem different height.

I think is common now to have uneven road in many housing projects. Quite a lot of houses are like this example in Caryota Square in Setia Tropika. Should not be a big problem but maybe some units will have steep ramp leading to the car porch.

No contractor would want to built houses on original landscape. Lets hope it is not that SETIA project team slept on duty and the contractors cut corners to save some thousands of ringgit. They could level out the hilly contour before starting with earthworks and foundation. Anyway, is only my personal view. Is still early to say till the house is fully built.

Drove by Yio Chu Kang last week. Saw a major developer terraces also same like SEC pic shown due to gradual slope.
Intersection between amk ave 5 & yio chu kang towards sengkang & serangoon.
Nothin to be alarmed of.

Not all houses for sale ad is genuine. some ads are agent fishing.
those people bought SEC phase 1 3 storey house in 2012 paid cheap compared to today , if they bought with intention to stay, I don't think they will sell off cos need replacement. there always will be people who keep their house, and people who will sell their house. this side of tebrau is new township, in future, more people will move here. even some forummer here although don't openly mention it but most likely have a house in this same area.

I think you have reinforced what i said. Total of SEC presales is significantly high compare to others. I agree some are flipping which are normal for many projects. However, with the significant high SEC presale volume is a clear panic sign. The war have started between EcoWorld and SP Setia after the hostile takeover of SP Setia by PNB. Unfortunately, the victims are the new buyers of SP Setia. Read the below news and you will understand

Is merging with I&P a good idea? What kind of support can I&P provide to SP Setia? At most is only manpower. I think re-branding exercise is more effective for Setia now.
