I think facial hair (pubic hair, leg hair, arm air, chest hair etc.) is fixed by genes. Between 15 to 18yo confirmed already. Me and my family males also all have some chest hair too, not very bushy like Indians. At Sec 4 one bloody Indian baboon teacher liked to catch me for not shaving. I don't know what Japanese women like. Doesn't matter to me since my wife hates facial hair. Three days without shaving and she'll refuse kissing. One week without shaving means living room couch for my sleep. :(
Anyway, shaving clean smooth and splashing aftershave is quite a cooling and refreshing fun. It's quite a shame that aftershave is going out of fashion in Singapore, quite hard to find. I still have a bottle of Yardley. Think have to go Malaysia to hunt for another bottle next month or so. The aftershave forumula is just nice for skin and shaven pores. Cologne can be a substitute but smells too strong and not so soothing on shaven skin.
