Joetsy, if you can see this, The Metz, apparently quite ex, was bioing this condo at Sathorn side.

It is one of the finest architectural landmark in BKK, was designed by WOHA, apparently this building was design for the Pinnacle @ Duxton SG. It was rejected so WOHA sold it to the developer in BKK

Also stock up Chandrika Green soap, hand made meesua, blachan and Tiger brand dark soya sauce. If I really need to eat MAMA in Bkk I always choose the extra spicy tomyam.

Haven't you heard of Golden Mile Phuean Thai Supermarket? Whole range of whatever Thai food you want just like any Tops Supermarket in Thailand. If you're seriously into Thai veggies and spices, Golden Mile ground floor smaller shops have them, e.g. for somtam etc.

Ya I do know Golden Mile is like mini Thailand but never know of the Thai Friend shop. Love the Thai wild veggies but for Thai spices, samongpai, my Isaan maid plant most of them, lucky me.
