My read as mentioned above is that some time in the past, LWL and Whore Jinx did not get along. As long as the father was alive, they kept it quiet. She never mentions the sister in law in any of her articles. there was mention of the father, mother, siblings and even nephews. But no mention of Whore Jinx. Quiet possibly because Whore Jinx did not get her position meritocratically (unless u consider opening your legs as a merit), and quite possibly that she considers any woman who loses billions of $ taxpayer money a moron. or maybe, she and Whore Jinx had a falling out during the 3 years she lived with her brother.
Therefore, its possible that all this one year anniversary self masturbation of Old Fart's death and worshiping was the idea of Whore Jinx as she prepares her son to be the next PM. Its a good plan. Generate lots of good will and prestige over the Lee name through all this one year death celebrations and then announce that the son will enter politics. Surely people will not be opposed to him as they have just be recently reminded of how great the grandfather was. I thought that the sabbatical that Whore Jinx took from her Temasek CEO job was to kowtim the trust and money from the huge estate left by Old fart and Gecko. But now on reflection, that does not make sense. The Lees have a room full of lawyers and financial planners that settled the estate. Input from Whore Jinx was hardly needed, and in fact, she is only an in law. It would have been Hsien Yang or LWL who should be taking the sabbatical. What if she went to the US during the sabbatical to persuade her own son to enter politics? What if she had to take the time to plan the entry of the son and develop a strategy? Was she planning to announce the son would be a PAP CEC member after the 1 year celebrations were over?
When LWL got wind of this scheme, she comes out with the accusation that her own brother was trying to perpetrate a political dynasty. This forces the brother to back track and say he does not want such a thing and that all appointments are on merit. Thus in one stroke, she has killed off Whore Jinx scheme to start the son somewhere in politics. Hence the Monkey Middle Finger picture back at LWL.
