Big sam shd give up the mickey mouse cup and coca cola cup to focus on his BPL survival.

There were rumours that Harry had his eye on the West Ham job should Big Sam get the sack. Fortunately, he came out and dismissed them.
Makes perfect sense. I think he'd rather aim for promotion with us than fight for survival with WH. Why get relegated twice in 2 successive seasons?

West Ham put almost all their eggs in Andy Carroll's basket and so far, lost.
Problem for Sam is that getting knocked out of the cups won't help their BPL survival fight directly or significantly, and if the fans get really unhapppy, it may even hasten his departure. :o

Same as Cardiff, beating Newcastle and then lose in the next round
or maybe finalists but lose, it still comes to nothing.
How they wish it is a league game and 3 points in the bag
is so priceless.

Benfica and Portugal legend Eusebio dies aged 71

The football world is in mourning after it was announced that the legendary forward, regarded by many as one of the greatest to play the game, has passed away

Portugal and Benfica great Eusebio has passed away at the age of 71.

Born in Mozambique in 1942, Eusebio was brought to Portugal by Benfica head coach Bela Guttman, who signed the player in 1961 after making a personal trip to Africa to see him play.

The attacker, nicknamed 'the Black Pearl' and 'the Black Panther,' went on to become a legend for both club and country, winning 11 Primeira Liga titles, five domestic cups and the 1962 European Cup with Aguias, as well as inspiring Portugal to third place in the 1966 World Cup.

With his speed, power and skill, Eusebio was an unstoppable force in the Portuguese league and averaged more than a goal a game, hitting 319 in just 313 league appearances and remains Benfica's all-time leading scorer.

His talent saw him finish top scorer in Portugal six times, twice win the European Golden Boot (1968 an 1973) and be named European Player of the Year in 1965 as Benfica became a powerhouse of European football.

Eusebio's exploits were not restricted to just domestic level. He earned 61 caps and scored 41 times for Portugal, most notably finishing the 1966 World Cup as one of the stars of the tournament. He scored nine times to secure the Golden Boot and also netted as his side overcame the Soviet Union 2-1 to seal third place.

After 15 years at Benfica, Eusebio played out the remainder of his career in North America, representing a number of teams in Mexico and the USA before retiring in 1978.

The former striker is regarded as one of the finest to play the game and was placed ninth in Fifa's 'Player of the Century' poll.

Cristiano Ronaldo was among those paying tribute to Eusebio, writing on his Twitter account: "Always eternal, Eusebio, rest in peace."

Reports in Portugal indicate that he passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Mark Hughes always seems to be playing one of his former clubs............................. :o

Settle account time done. Big company like us do not run road and always pays on time without fail and investors like me are there to ensure that. One thing that never changes is that your loser pools offer shitty odds and no real time betting unlike us and other bookmakers.

And good luck to those going on a witch hunt for me / syndicates.

No lah, I'm one of those strait-laced types where this is concerned. Like to go annonymously to the betting outlet and if lucky enough to win, collect annonymously too. Don't need real time betting and sgpool odds are indeed shitty, but that just makes it feel better when I win my small value bets at fairly high odds due to the unlikely result happening and the oddsmaker's lack of football acumen. My 4D bets are deliberately low too, so that the winnings can all be collected at the outlet overthecounter.

My thoughts on online betting are the same as for local casino and horse racing - indifference without participation.

You mean when we collect our winnings over the counter for small amount up to
$5,000, no need to write our name and ic at the back of the winning ticket any more?

The commentator said, Man U always has lucky draw, over the next opponent.
Seems that they are not so lucky this time.

Noted that they accept the ticket with or without the name and ic.

But may be better to confirm with them and also consider writing if the amount is fairly high, (say 4 figure), in the vain hope that it can be retrieved and traced back to you if lost.
